A "Service Freeze" is one of the most important elements in protecting both your privacy and your phone service. USA TELEPHONE automatically "freezes" your local, regonal toll and long distance toll services if we are your selected carrier. You may also give us a password to ensure that someone else doesn't call to authorize a change in your service.

USA TELEPHONE recommends that you put a service freeze on any component of your toll service handled by another arrier (referred to as an LPIC Freeze for regional toll service and a PIC Freeze for long distance toll service). Whether all aspects of your telephone service are with us or combined with another carrier, we want you to be protected!
